Breastfeeding a newborn can be tricky until you get the hang of it. And, once you and baby figure out that right spot or position, then the two of you will mostly likely just meld into one another.

You can also contact your local chapter of LaLeche League. Most hold weekly meetings.
Local hospitals often have breastfeeding/lactation consultants. Inquire with your midwife, attending nurse or Doctor. A few in the Pittsburgh Area are:
