		<description>Well put. The first step, trusting oneself, seems to be the hardest to overcome. Once that is mastered, confronting the norms and seeking alternatives comes more easily.

It&#039;s both funny and sad that talk of natural childbirth is seen as subversive. We&#039;ve come so far in so many ways as a society, but at great expense of self-awareness. I question if this should be called &quot;progress.&quot;</description>
